“my porch door handle snapped on my way out to an appointment which meant I wouldn't be able to get back in. I rang and managed to arrange for the lovely gentleman to meet me at home when I got back at 7pm. After trying different options, unfortunately the handle had to be drilled off because the handle break but no damage was done to the door and he is coming back tomorrow with a replacement handle. I highly recommend. 10/10.”
